Nha Trang - Getting There

Vietnam Airlines operates daily flights from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang. It only takes a few minutes to get into the town from the airport. The regular bus from Ho Chi Minh City takes about 10 to 11 hours or you can get a chartered minibus between Nha Trang and many of the other tourist destinations.

There is a good selection of express trains running between Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang. Most hotels and travel agents will be able to arrange tickets.

Places to eat

As you would expect Nha Trang is a seafood paradise. A few of the places you might like to try are Lac Canh Restaurant on Hang Ca, Au Lac Restaurant on Hoang Hoa Tham, Dua Xanh Restaurant on Le Loi (all in the central area). In the beach area you might like to try Nha Trang Sailing Club on Tran Phu, Red Star Restaurant on Biet Thu or La Bella Napoli on Tran Phu.
