Long Xuyen

Long Xuyen makes a good overnight stopping point if you are travelling from Ho Chi Minh City to Chau Doc. You can visit the Catholic and Protestant churches or the An Giang museum, or cross the river into Cho Moi district.

Getting There

You can get buses to Loang Xuyen from Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Ca Mau, Rach Gia and Chau Doc. You can also make the journey by boat from Rach Gia but this takes about 9 hours.
